2. What we collect and why
We collect your country of residence, requested amount and term, age, employment status, monthly income and essential expenses, name, phone and email. With your consent, we use these details to review your request and contact you about it.
We also record the submission time, IP address, random request reference, consent text and its hash, form/document version and the fact that you actively ticked the consent checkbox. This records your choice, helps prevent duplicate requests and protects the form from abuse. We do not ask for identity documents, card details or bank login credentials.
3. Legal basis and your choice
The basis for processing the request details is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent is not pre-selected. You can withdraw it by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Without consent we cannot process a request through this form.
Essential security and consent records may also be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to protect the service and establish or defend legal claims, subject to applicable law and data minimisation. We do not use this form to obtain consent for marketing.
4. Who receives your data
Requests are available to authorised staff of Lead Sourcing OÜ and hosting providers acting on our instructions. This version does not transmit your request to lenders or external matching APIs. Any future disclosure to lenders will require information identifying the recipients and an appropriate legal basis before disclosure.
5. Storage and retention
The operator stores requests in Estonia. Requests and associated consent records are retained for up to 30 days from submission, or removed earlier when the purpose ends or a valid erasure or withdrawal request requires this, unless a specific legal obligation requires otherwise. Access is restricted. Backup handling must follow the same retention policy.
6. Review and automated processing
This version validates the information you enter and prevents duplicate or excessive submissions. Requests are saved for internal review. It does not run a lender credit score, obtain credit bureau information or make a solely automated lending decision with legal or similarly significant effects.
7. Cookies and browser storage
A necessary session cookie protects form submissions against forgery. Browser session storage holds only a random submission identifier to prevent duplicate requests after a connection error. Contact and financial details are not stored in browser storage by this site. There are no analytics or advertising trackers in this version.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object where processing relies on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@bazemobile.com and provide your request reference or the contact used in your request; do not send unnecessary identity documents.
You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the competent supervisory authority in your country of residence. Contact details for the Estonian authority are available at aki.ee.
9. Changes
We publish dated versions of this notice. A request records the version applicable when it was submitted. Material new uses of data require appropriate notice and a legal basis.
